Bojeux Inc. is a toy manufactuerer based in Montreal, Canada and has been in business since 1976.
At this time we are looking for a company that can supply us with 8 to 10 different coloured markers that can be used for tattoos. These markers must use ink that is classified as cosmetic grade or FDA approved.
The plastic barrel plastic cap and inside resivoir must conform to ASTM and EN71 safety standards.
At present our size specs for this marker are as follows;
Total lenght with cap: 5.5 inches to 6.5 inches
Barrel Length without cap: 4.75 inches to 5.5 inches
Barrel diameter: 0.250" to 0.375"
Ink Volume: 2.5 grams to 4.0 grams
Packaging: Bulk
Order Qty: 40,000 to 50,000 per each colour per order
Average Yearly Volume: 2,000,000 to 3,000,000 (All Colours)
Colours: Red, Sky Blue, Royal Blue, Purple,
Leaf Green, Fusha, Banana Yellow,
Brown, Medium Blue, Orange
Washable: Yes (No permenant tattoo inks)
For special projects we may require additional colours.
Another specification concerns the dry time of the ink.
If the child forgets to replace the cap onto the marker
we require that the ink does not dry up right away. We require the product to be usable even after 24 hours.
