(I) Specification of the Aluminium coils :
Quality Standard : Foil quality
Temper : H18 (cold rolled without an interannealing)
Gauge : 0,50 mm
Width range : 800 ?1100 mm or 800 ?1440 mm
Chemical Composition of Alloys : AA: Aluminium Asociation / EN: European Standard 573 ?3
Dimensional Tolerances : Width Tolerance : -0 / +1,0 mm, Gauge Tolerance : 0,50 mm +- 0,025 mm, Gauge Oscillation within gauge trace : +- 0,15um
Temper : Material will be supply in temper H18 without an interannealing (i.e. hard)
Coil Specification : Inner diameter 500 mm
The coils are packed on wooden pallets
Certificate : The certificates indicate alloy designation, width, nominal gauge, supplier磗 identification and order number, customer磗 order number. They contein the chemical composition of the coils.
(II).Specification for Alu foil :
12 microns
pinholes lower than 100/m2
recooked, 1 side bright,
alloy 8079 and 1200
width 1300 mm
the foil is for melted cheese wrappng and is going to be lacquered with nitro varnish one side and with heatsealable and anticorrosion varnish on the other side.
(III). Specification for Alu foil :
(a) 3000 kg " 20 micron Blister Al-foil with 5-8 gsm VMCH
coating for pharma use,hard temper, plain in jumbo rolls,
size 820mm, I.D. 76mm, O.D. 240mm , bright side out for
printing ."
(b) 3000 kg " 30 micron strip al-foil, laminated to 150 gauge
polyethylene, plain in jumbo rolls, I.D. 76MM, O.D. 240MM,
SIZE 850MM , bright side out for printing .
