Please note that we have continuous requirement of Hot Die Steel; as such ensure quality etc. stringently so as to get you continuous orders. Hence, we would like to place the following order -
I) Hot Die Steel (Round Bar) H 13 ESR Grade of material
Proof Machined, Annealed, Bright Surface/Turned
Dia 180.0 mm O.D. + 2.0 / - 0.0 mm, Length 2.0 to 2.7 Mtrs
Dia 240.0 mm O.D. + 2.0 / - 0.0 mm, Length 2.0 to 2.7 Mtrs
Dia 260.0 mm O.D. + 2.0 / - 0.0 mm, Length 2.0 to 2.7 Mtrs
Please ensure the following
1) Tolerance + 2.0 mm / - 0.0 mm.
2) Material should be Proof Machined, Annealed,
and Bright Surface (Turned)
3) Test Certificate of the Chemical & Mechanical Properties/Composition of the Die Steel to be sent along with the material. Details as given below, which follow strictly to get you repeated orders.

C - 0.37%, Mn - 0.36%, Si - 1.05%, P - 0.019%, S - 0.012%,
Cr - 5.04%, Mo - 1.12%, V - 0.85%
Mechanical Properties
Ultrasonic Test Grain Size Tolerance Delivery Stress Relieving
EN1921C/C 7.88 + 2.0 / - 0.0mm 189 HB OK
4) Ultrasonic tested with Test Certificate
5) Stress Relieving of the material should be done.
